Frank’s world is envisioned as an entertainment district with a multi-generational appeal to elegant design and seamless experiences woven into a variety of entertainment shopping events hotels hospitalities residents and even more. The development program includes one million square feet of retail space 2000 hotel keys 2000 residential apartments 7000 seat event performance areas and 50000 ft² of office space. The design of the towers is inspired by some of the signature towers all around the world. The project is meant to be an involved destination for entertainment.
