With the building of the new Mercedes Benz Stadium and the transformation of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Central United Methodist Church has prime property for high-density development. This could be a catalyst for positive, future stadium related developments. The Vision Plan involved creating a design that would incorporate retail, high-rise residential, a school and a new Church home on a 2.13-acre site
